Rebecca and Hazel you have both helped me so much, I'm very sorry :( I don't know what to say because when people are nice to me I am meant to get better.

I will be okay though, I will go to the appointment next Tuesday but I will tell her that there are things I cannot talk about and I will stick to that *nods*
