Take deep breaths and focus on breathing. Do you have a CPN or Crisis Team you can call?
That, and does it put you at risk? You can ask to be admitted at the Hospital if you feel unsafe and they can keep an eye on you and make sure you are kept safe and in company of say a nurse?
Sorry - I do not know what else to suggest. My hallucinations are ones I mostly am learning to live with, I guess they are less severe most of the time.
Stress and lack of sleep can set me off though, so maybe try some relaxation techniques or see if getting a little sleep help - I know that may feel impossible, but it may help.
