meds or what we suggested?
just keep your sports up, they're good for depression especially, creates endorphines or whatever they are. i used to be a dancer, so i get the whole uber healthy thing, it helps! even if you cant see it because you've always been healthy, it is helping. what you eat makes a difference i find. but i might just be sensitive to foods!
