change doctors? you're doc sounds like a bit of a moron too. getting a better counsellor and/or getting on meds would probably help you a lot so keep bugging until you get them! and you could ask the people at CAMHS to give you someone else. i dont know if the ywould or not but it doesnt hurt to ask and keep asking until they do something to help you. after all, thats what they're supposed to be there for.
