I really think you should tell them. I know it's scary but remember what you were saying to me earlier - they need to know how you're doing so that they can keep you safe - and you need to be safe so you can send me silly PMs! *hugs*
I'm not sure that I can really help you with what to expect because my CPA which transferred me to adult services took place when I was discharged from hospital so I'm guessing it would be a bit different. But I should think it would be similar to previous CPAs just with more people there.
Can you say to your dad that he can come but if he makes a fuss you'd like him to leave. Maybe you could talk to your mum about it and see if she has any suggestions and mention it to someone from your team if you can.
