Ok seeing your psych once every 6 months is useless. You need to see her more often. I mean I see my haematologist once every 6 months but that's for relatively minor problems. I see my psych once a month because mental health problems are more serious.

Simply call your psych and speak to the receptionist. Say that your meds are not working and you really need to see your psych. You'll be able to organise an appointment.

Just because your psych organises appointments once every 6 months doesn't mean that you can only see that often. If you need to see her more often, then you can do so.

PM me if you want a PDF copy of the ICD-10 or the Mental Health Act 1983/2007. I ALSO HAVE THE DSM-V BOOK and am a pharmacology student.

I have a visual impairment / neurological problems so I need people to type in clear text and no funny fonts. Also excuse any typos, my vision blocks things out.
I have autism and have problems communicating, PMs included.
Just becasue I type well doesn't mean I speak well. I am only part time verbal.
