congratulations on the 5 months, that's a huge accomplishment.
is there anything you can do to remove yourself from the temptation to s.i., particularly on that day?
maybe you could use it as an extra reason NOT to s.i. - to remind yourself how much you don't want want to go back to that and how much easier it is to make the decision to continue with recovery now than to have to start over again. that said, if you do slip up on that day, it doesn't necessarily mean you are starting over again. everyone has slip ups...but hopefully this won't be one for you.
