Sweetheart, it's not your fault he did that. He chose to do that horrible thing to you, he could've chosen not to, but he didn't. It was his fault and you are not to blame at all. Everyone has the right to be able to sleep safely, it doesn't mean you brought it on yourself at all.
I know how horrible it can be to think that we didn't *stop* things in time, or why we didn't just leave these people before - but try and look after yourself now, honey, because this is when you really need good friends and support around you.
