I cant believe they discharged you when you are so obviously a danger to yourself.
I hate the bloody mental health system, I really do!!
Is there any follow up for you from the crisis team or your cpn.....from anyone?
Its just pathetic, it really is.
I really hope you can keep yourself safe and dispose of any tablets that you may have.
