I'm going to agree with most of the people on this thread, I find it hard to compare RYL to other websites and if I was going to it would probably be Neopets and - let's face it - there isn't going to be much sexual talk there.
I think much of the adult content on this site is required - there are a lot of people for whom their sexual life is a great player in their mental health and they need to talk about it to find someone who understands.
Yes, I think if the website ever goes down the "How to give a good blowjob!?" root some action should be taken but I have yet to see anything on here that has shocked me.
