I think you should tell somebody, someone you trust. They can be understanding and support you, people can help. You just have to be prepared and remember slipping up is part of recovery, don't give up you can do it.

	I have to remind myself that some birds just aren't meant to be caged. Their feathers are just too bright. And when they fly away, the part of you that knows it was a sin to lock them up rejoices. Still, the place you live in is that much more drab and empty when they're gone.
