An extreme i remember of this (an obviously this was at the far end of the scale) but someone was upset that someone else was talking about meat in chat once. they found it highly triggering and asked the member to stop talking about it. and it was a stupid discussion because it was only something like i love steak and im having it for tea. Anyway if there was an anything goes room then that type of thing could be discussed an if somebody didnt like the conversation they could leave the room instead of enforcing the rule that if one member is triggered by something the whole convo has to stop dead which is what seems to happen a lot of the time in chat.
Does that make sense?
That's almost exactly what I'm refering to. I used a bit more extreme examples of sex/drugs, but even the little things can bother people when they're normal topics and it's quiet annoying having to stop a genuine conversation for the lowest common factor. It'd be better if there was a specific room for those conversations to take place in, and those who dislike it can leave, or as Irene suggested, and room for those who dislike to be safe in.

You catch on quick for someone who didn't read it all, you definitly explained what I was trying to get across.
