If you are from the US and are on your parents insurance/ under 18, they probably will have to tell your parents. That shouldn't stop you from going if it looks serious, but means it would probably be a good idea to get your parents to take you to the ER or an urgent care center. You can try phoning your doctor's office as well--they should give an after hours number you can call.
