hi hun. sorry to hear about the sh*tness of the CMHT. i'd keep seeing your doctor and keep him updated. he managed to kick them up the ass before, he can probably keep doing it. they may be slow and awful by making you wait for help and not doing their jobs properly, but that doesnt mean they wont help you. they're just slow and lazy. but they can and do help, when they get round to it!
