I cannot cut tonight.
I'm looking after my little brothers and sister so i have to be around for them and not be in self destruct mode. I'm really trying but its hard, i want to cut so much, to see the blood and have that relief. But i must not tonight.

I've been so busy today trying to get things ready for next week i feel so drained but my prn isn't working. I should feel tired but though my body is my head is in overdrive. I just want it all to stop.
