By looking at the back-one-page-bar, it looks like you maybe running an older version of firefox - when was the last time you updated to the
new version? Also, are you sure it's not that spy-blocker playing around with certain parts of chat and filtering what it sees as potential threats? Possibly adding RYL and all extensions (such as
http://chat.recoveryourlife.com/*) to your trusted list will work.
