Hi Zowie/Arwen [what do you prefer, btw?] I think Romp and Mary Anne has some wise words of advice there.

I think your dad would probably prefer you telling him then finding out later that you were hurting and he didn't know and wasn't able to help you.

How are you feeling now? How the voices subsided somewhat?
