[broken and defeated]

i saw my gp a few weeks ago and he reffered me to a psycologist i havent been yet as im scared to go from the last time i went to 2 1.

now my friends worried about me and is forcing me to go and shes taking me i dont want to go and the psyc will have to tell me again as im under 18. i dont need mum finding out about my eating and that i still SI.

can any 1 help me not to be so scared and tips on how to talk to her
