the manager wont do anything as they have a massive rift between them as it is! the woman in question is from Iran and has always been on the defensive against being treated differently and is always accusing the manager of favouritism and bias against her and such so now the manager tiptoes around her afraid that anything she says to her is going to cause offense! the manager is the worst ive ever met! she cannot do her job and has basically allowed this whole situation to escalate to this level in the first place. The only thing i could do is go above the manager straight to the Gp Partner and i really dont want to do that as he has enough of the woman in question whinging to him about the manager all the time! the whole situation is pathetic, it is the worst run practice ive ever seen but the hours are perfect for me at this point in time, and the other members of staff are all lovely. my gf gets so angry at me for staying there when it stresses me out so much but the truth is i couldnt handle looking for and interviewing for a job right now and we cant afford for me to be unemployed either!
