This must feel terrible and heart-tearing for you, but what I'd advise you to do right now is to do anything you can to NOT think about it. You can vent, you can cry, you can talk to him, even try to get him back if you want, but now is not the time. Now it hurts too much.

You might not believe it, but you will feel better over time. It will take some time until you do and it will take even longer until you're completely fine with it, but the incredible pain you feel right now will go. All you can try to do now is to keep yourself occupied and busy doing things that won't remind you of him and your relationship.
