I can't speak for the mods, obviously!
When contacting the FAAs you can actually PM all 3 of us if you don't know who's online and if you say you've done that we can just forward our response to the others so they know not to respond (or talk to each other via msn or something). I'm actually not the head of the team so ~Aidey~/ Bitter_Angel would be best to talk to regarding this. The other thing is to contact us you don't actually need to know our email address and you can contact us from ANY email address you have, not just ones that you have registered with. If you go up to top of the screen and click contact you can find the mods and first aid are on a list there. If you click on either one of them then (or any on the list!) it will come up with a form for you to fill out and then when you submit that it is sent to us in the form of an email to our RYL (in my case first aid) account. The FAAs DON'T pay attention to the email address. We won't copy it anywhere, we will only use it to reply to your emails; that is it. We won't give it out; I don't tend to even look at them so don't worry if you have a private email account that you don't want getting out on RYL, it won't through us or the mods (or supporters) as we are totally confidential.
The FATeam as a whole (which includes FAAs ~Aidey~ / Bitter_Angel / Animad & the Wound Care Advisor (WCA) Voldemort) prefer the use of PMs actually rather than emails and you do, in almost all cases, get a quicker response through them as our email address doesn't get checked.
So yeah, all I'm trying to say is you don't need to remember our addresses, you just can submit them via forms on the website & that we don't know what email address you submit with and if we did we don't care which one you use and it will not get leaked out if you want to use a personal as you've forgotten the email account details of one you have registered with on here.
In term of creating an account for the group as a whole; I personally don't know how often it would get checked; we're not the best at checking the emails and so an account between us would probably end up the same and so would actually slow down your response. PMing several FAAs is something a few people do and if you don't know who's online or whatever then in my mind PMing several of us may be the way to go (though the WCA can only be contacted for issues directly related to wound care/ dressings/ stitches).
We all check/ respond to our PMs as often as we can; I do if I'm not even on RYL at the time, am in an appropriate place and get an email through saying I've got a PM I often check what it is and respond if necessary there and then.
You can contact the mod team as a whole by Post Reports but I will leave the rest to them coz I ain't got a clue how their system really works!
