Can you speak to anyone at your university about this? I moved away from everything I was ever familiar with to go to uni in a different country and I know that loads of universities offer special support for students from abroad, as it can be quite a tricky situation to be in. Have a look around, maybe there's something like that available for you.
If not, then I can only repeat that maybe you should look for a course closer to your home, as it seems that things are only getting so bad for you because you can't deal with or relate to all the new things and people around you. There's no point forcing yourself if it makes it this bad for you and I'm sure your parents would understand that as well.
