Keep trying to find new distractions and coping mechanisms. There is something out there that'll work for you. Have you checked out the big distraction list on this site? If you haven't go through it and try some things. What are things you're interested in or could get easily absorbed in? Books? Music? Movies? Braiding string? Painting your nails?
