Without wanting to sound flippant or patronising re the above, the simple answer is don't. I know it can be irritating taking meds and I don't take anywhere near as much as you - only 1-3 a day. I'm going through what my housemate calls a "my tablets are poisoning me" phase but even I can recognise that stopping them cold turkey isn't good. I learnt from trying to take myself of venlafaxine twice, cold turkey, made me feel really ill. I spoke to my psych and she helped take me off it gradually (as I was being put on another med anyway).

If they are helping you, that is all the more reason to keep taking them. I don't know what it is you take them for but remind yourself how awful it was before and the other issues re taking them should fall into line.

I really think you should speak to your cpn/dr or someone and definitely keep taking them in the meantime.
