We all slip up, please don't bang yourself up over a slip up. Maybe this will motivate you to not try to cut again? Next time you feel the urge to cut or pull out your hair, try ripping something up, paper, tissues, etc. It may sound stupid, but what I do sometimes to get myself to cry is too look at old childhood memories, like pictures, watching old favorite movies, read a favorite book, or just write about favorite memories. Sometimes crying is hard, try not to force it because it will make it harder. I hope you feel better.
