thanks for ur replies, im still struggling with it, the two women who are causing the problems have been spoken to formally and have verbally agreed to cooperate and try to resolve things harmoniously ra ra ra...which i will believe when i see it! i just dont want to go back there, but i have to go back tomorrow and im so so tired of it all, im really not coping atm
