Hey,
sorry that you're having to deal with this. People can be such jerks. It sounds like you have done the right things about reporting-- 'taking it higher' you said, and I don't know anything about the structure of your workplace, but I think that making sure you do everything you can to fight back in an official, legal way will help you. Even if you've already told someone about the behavior, keep coming with reports and written statements-- you may need to 'make noise' in order to get help. If you like your job and are succeeding in it, as it seems you are, you don't want to let this crap get in the way.

Be clear and assertive about what you need for it to be a safe work environment for you. Would talking it out together with a mediator (some companies have them) help? In a work environment (and really just generally in life, I think) people don't have to be your friend, but they should treat you professionally-- civilly and politely.

Try to be extra nice to yourself, because this is rough. And see if you can find some allies at work-- maybe your boss, maybe another co-worker who isn't a twit. And of course you can try to ignore what they're doing, and focus on the job-- but while doing that, I wouldn't let up on taking official steps against them.

Let us know how it's going!
