ok so a couple of months ago I got a promotion and moved to another site within my work. Whilst I enjoy the new job, two of the woman I am now responsible for supervising have responded really badly to me and this new position and have been bullying me throughout this time. I have taken it higher and taken steps to try to resolve things but today it all escalated and i got to the point where I left work to go for a walk and didnt go back til my boss came and found me and had a chat and I eventually pulled myself together enough to go back. anyway my boss reckons shes taking steps to sort things out but ive gotten to the point where I dont think I can go back there, I dont want to give them the satisfaction of tossing it in but I dont think i can go back there under those conditions I cant do it anymore and dont know what to do...any help would be much appreciated ta guys
