There is no need to apologise, as Amaryllis said thats what we are here for to listen and give support if we can. Its understandable that the flashbacks are more intense at the moment, anniversarys can be hard to deal with. Have you tried any grounding techniques such as placing your feet firmly on the ground, holding a a small object in your hand that you can hold onto or describing what you can see, hear, feel around you.
