I know know how scary a diagnoses is. It confirms things and feels like the end of everything. But its not. The meds can help, but it takes some time for them to work and the side effects to go away. and therapies can help too. It may be someone you have forever, but it does get better. It doesn't mean your life is going to change for the bad forever.
