I am currently:

*Cuddles you* Im very sorry to hear that you slipped up. I understand how upsetting and annoying it is when you slip up but your not a failure. Slipping up is all part of recovery but it doesnt make you a failure. You will get through this. Do you know what it is that caused you to slip up? Do you have proffessional support? Do you have anyone you can talk to about things? Dont give up stay strong we are all here for you.

Things wont be like this forever. One month is a brilliant achievement!! You did really well to go so long without harming yourself. Your not useless. Please dont be so hard on yourself. Have you tried distracting yourself? Here is a link to the Big distractions page http://www.recoveryourlife.com/forum...ead.php?t=1403 and this is the fun and distractions forum http://www.recoveryourlife.com/forum...splay.php?f=22 other things that you could try could be listening to music, watching a movie, or doing jobs to keep yourself busy. Please make sure that you look after your cut/s so that they dont get infected.

Take care best wishes Ian
