It is also important to realise that everyone needs different levels of help though. Some people have way more people involve in their care than others, but this is likely to be because they have more complex needs/need more support than the other person and doesn't neccessarily mean that the person with less help is recieving inadequate support. However, for those who think they might need some help and yet haven't sought any, then yes it is a useful exercise in pointing out what might be available to them.
