Hi,

Firstly only you can decide wether it is worth seeking help or not, you haven't stated what your problems are, but if it's impacting on your life significantly, then it's definately worth seeing what help would be offered. With regards to seeking help whilst abroad, I've no idea, I know E111 means people abroad can access emergency treatment, but for ongoing treatment I'd assume there would be different arrangements. Is there not a Doctor who you could see whilst you are abroad? Any help your usual GP could offer is likely to be based back home and would therefore be difficult for you to access. What might be useful though would be to contact your old Dr, explain what is going on and get him to write a letter for a Dr in your country of residence so he could see what help could be offered whilst your there.

I hope you find a solution
