Im going to the day centre tomorrow, I go there Mon-Fri, I think I will wait until my nurse has the weekly chat with me, so I will tell her then. I also have a review on Wednesday with the consultant psych and I will have to summon up the strength to tell him. Last time I had a review, my mum came, but this time I will be on my own so I will have to be really strong and tell him on my own. Im not looking forward to it.
