I know it's really scary, but it's important to be as completely honest about everything so that they can give you a proper assessment.

I don't know how your Uni counseling service works, but many times at a clinic with multiple counselors there is one person that does the intake assessments and then they assign you to your permanent counselor based on who they think you will get on with the best.

Also, different counselors can specialize in different things, and if you are honest about all your issues then you can get a counselor who has the most expertise in those areas.
