Like the person above me said, you've survived a lot. Think about how many years you have lived for. That is a long time. All you need to do here is survive for ONE day.. one day and then start over the next day. Every night acknowlege the fact that you are still alive and havent given in to the triggers around you.
Do you have something you could use as a distration for when you have thoughts like this? Doing something ussually makes the time go by quicker and makes the thoughts go away quicker.
