Can you say any of this to your GP? Perhaps print this off to show him? It may be that the citalopram isn't the right medication for you, it didn't work for me. Sometimes it takes a while to find the right medication, or combination of medications.

I completely understand what you mean about your suicidal thoughts. You're not alone in that. But you do deserve to be helped.
