I think like you, at first I didn't really take it in all that much. In a way it was a bit of a relief (i was on a section 3 for anorexia) as everything was being taken out of my control and i didn't have to make any decisions. But then the more it sank in and the more the treatment went on, I really struggled with that lack of control and in some ways felt like i was being treated harsher than other patients who were'nt on sections. Thankfully my section didnt last the full 6 months and i was taken off it after about 3/4months.
