From what I have heard, stopping venlafaxine cold turkey is NOT a good idea. You basically feel like you have the flu until it's completely out of your system.

I'm on Mirtazapine 45mg. It helps me sleep but has increased my appetite. When I was on 15mg it really helped my mood.
