I may do, but i feel so embarassed :s i used to be there a lot when i was bad, also, i couldn't afford/nhs wouldn't fund a light box, i'd imagine. I don't mean to shoot down your advice! If it gets worse i'll definately go to the Dr, i can't afford to be De-railed again!

	And you might say its self-inflicted But you see that's contradictive Why on earth would anyone practice self destruction?
