I am currently:

Although those are symptoms of schizophrenia, when there's already a diagnosis of bipolar, they're just considered "psychotic symptoms" of either mania or depression.

I have that too... it's not fun. usually. haha. sometimes it is at the time... like when I'm convinced that I'm talking to the pilsberry dough boy. but then when I realize that I'm standing on the ledge of my balcony ready to try to fly... that's when it's not so much fun.
or when I'm convinced that everyone around me is part of this huge plot to kill me... and the voices in my head are telling me that I should beat them to it... that's really not fun.

a lot of the medications used to treat bipolar are also used to treat schizophrenia, so if you're taking those, they should help. If not... it might be a good idea to talk to your shrink about getting on them.

suport love.

What if everything around you isn't quite as it seems?
What if all the world you think you know is an elaborate dream?
What if you could look right through the cracks? would you find yourself afraid to see?
