DBT is hard work but can yeild amazing results for suicidal and self harming behaviours. I went into it with extreme scepticism but coming out of it i find it has helped. It hasnt taken away the feelings and the urges but its given me a method to cope with them. No it doesnt work 100% of the time but 80% is better than 0 *hugs&best of luck*
