I don't think I found it helpful at all, I had my dose increased once and then I moved on to a different medication. Six weeks is quite a while so I would have expected it to have started working by now. I hope your GP is able to help. Take care.

	I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much. Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass. You didn't come this far just to come this far.
