Thanks everyone. Today I have been in a lot of pain again. I am on metformin which is meant to help me as well. But due to the side effects I have had to stop as it makes me run to the loo as soon as I take them.

I am not having a good day today. And if I have spoken to anyone on MSN and upset them I am very sorry and ask you to please forgive me.

	Life is full of up and downs but we all can be a overtaker not a undertaker. We all make mistakes in life. I have and I have learnt from them. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.
