I've taken 2 benadryl pills every night to help me sleep for the past couple years. 2 is the suggested dose on the bottle. But lately I've been having urges to OD on them.Today's urge was strong and came with the though "It would be so easy to kill myself if I gave in right now."

I'm a 20 year old girl who has no car, no job, and friends who are busy with their own lives of school and work...constantly. No one ever has time for me. And I get out of the house about once a week...if lucky, twice.
