Until I read a thread on another forum, I had thought
That various things I heard and saw
Were perfectly normal.
I'm kind of not sure now, as ridiculous as that sounds. I don't get hallucinations, not proper ones, I know that. I know it. But I'd like to know about hallucinations - what counts as one. They still would not be "proper" ones though.
I have a really vivid imaginations, but when I imagine something I do know, even if it's scary, that it's not really there. With these, they seem very real.. but they make no logical sense and so I conclude that it's a trick of the light, eyes going funny, and so on. Or else I only realise afterwards.
And I'm sure they're all completely normal ones, or else caused by sleep problems, but I'd like someone, even so, to explain exactly what a hallucination would be.
My Uncle has some sort of mental illness. He gets hallucinations, but when he does they are really drastic ones and he must do something when he sees them because the people around him are almost as scared as he is by it. I base that all on the only circumstance where he got a hallucination that was described to me.. I know it's not the only time, though, and I can only presume other times were similar.
