I don't really know to be honest. I'm all a bit confused at the moment. The last day or so haven't been as bad but my mental health has really gone downhill recently. My counsellor's away at the moment but I saw my GP on Tuesday and had a chat (well I showed her some writing I'd done - I was too anxious to talk properly) with her but there wasn't much she could do apart from suggest I set an alarm to remind me to take my evening tablets (I keep forgetting).
