Well, I am on the hunt for a therapist. I managed to get ahold of the person I had in HS and she made some recomendations, that helped. Hopefully I can find someone who wants to help me, because I want to help myself, I just dont know how. Thank you everyone for your advise and support, it is greatly appreciated
