Coping with Anger?
I am a very angry person. I have been for years. I get so so pissed of with people. Noone knows how angry i am....i have developed ways to hide it. I dug a hole in my hand the other day because some lad was being iritating and that was the only way to deal with it. Im constantly going to the dentist to realign my jaw from all the grinding of my teeth that i do. lol
I try and think positive but i actually feel my blood boil. Its like a ball of red fury right inside my chest that grows and grows. Im scared one day i might flip and get myself into trouble or i dont flip and i make myself ill. How can i not let people annoy me? If i can avoid them i do but for example in college i can't. They make me so angry for no reason. Any tips? |
maybe anger management counseling?

If you go to your doctor they should be able to point you in the right direction of some help because there is a lot of help out there for anger managment.

mayeb some anger management would help? try going to your doctor, tell him what you told us, and see what he can suggest.

In the meantime when you feel angry/annoyed try doing breathing exercises to keep yourself calm? xo. |
