*Wond Care/Medical Question* Cut wants to best thing to do??
 

Righ I have a cut.... On my left wrist... Whats the best thing to do cover it or leave it??

You should cover it to prevent infection.
Put some anti bacterial cream on a non stick dressing over the wound.
Use some tubi grip to hold it in place.
Keep the wound clean and dry.
Change the dressing whenever you feel it needs it, probably 1-2 a day.
Each time you change he dressing apply more cream.

Ok well I have got a wound dressing and a bandage and some anti-septic wipes so just use them???

They should be ok for now.
But you should invest in the items that I mentioned for future. Espically the anti bacterial cream.

Ok I will get some of that tomorrow... And then use it from then on yer?

yeah. Thats the best thing to do.
